She suffered from child abuse and was involved in an accident which inflicted her with an injury that left her in bed rest for a long time. More than 87000 people follow her Facebook page, and more than 250k people follow her on Instagram. Though her YouTube channel is not verified yet, it is expected that it will get verified soon.

Natasha also has a personal blog (I think Natasha has a less idea about blogging, so she uses a third party domain, it will like more professional if she used a primary domain)- soulfulhappiness.wordpress.com, where she writes about her, the starting of her yoga journey. And when people ask her what keeps her motivated to carry on his journey? She said that her passion and love for her work motivates her deeply. She believes that we can go beyond our abilities by working ass off. If you put your heart and head both into something, nothing will be impossible.

Inspiring Story Of Natasha Noel

According to her statement on her blog- "I'm a Dancer by heart, Photographer by hobby, Writer by habit, and I practice Yoga because it gives my soul happiness. Hopefully my blogs give you some inspiration and motivate you to either get on your mat, eat healthy, or bring a smile on your face."

Natasha Noel is an example of how to handle the difficulties in life; it does not matter how challenging they are. Before she became a yoga guru, her life was full of struggles. At the age of 3 years, Natasha saw her mother committing suicide by setting herself on fire in front of her. At first, Natasha blamed herself for her mother's death. She felt that she could have saved her life, but she didn't. According to her statement- "I can still see my mother's burning face and her screams which keep me awake on most nights." sounds very much pathetic. Is not it?

When Natasha was seven years old, she had one of the worst experiences of her life. A male servant raped her. That servant's mother told her to run away with him and get married to him as nobody would ever love her and accept her in the entire life! Unbelievable and shocking. This is the age when a little girl plays with her dolls and soft toys.

Her sufferings didn't stop there. She was molested and abused by her uncles and cousins until 15 years old. Any girl in her place would have shattered to pieces. Even Natasha felt deeply broken. In her words- "When we go through something very difficult, we feel the world is against us. I was so disgusted that I didn't even want to look in the mirror. It became difficult for me to accept the love from people who mean it in the real sense."
Her journey towards Yoga is inspiring. She started watching YouTube videos of Yoga and enrolled herself in The Yoga Institute, Santa Cruz East (which offered a course of three months). Then Natasha admitted at Ashtanga Vinyasa at Mysore for one month, and later she admitted at Mystic Rose Meditation at Goa for 21 days. Finally, she started teaching dance yoga. From taking private sessions to workshops, she began posting videos on social media like Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram to reach out to the maximum number of people possible. Her message to her followers has always been that of loving and putting yourself first. In her words, "You are your biggest mystery. Go, find yourself. And you will realize that you're magnificent." Such an inspiring message.

Today she is one of the most popular yoga trainers in India. She got famed not just for her inspiring poses but also for her inspirational messages; she currently teaches at The Yoga Institute in Santa Cruz (East) and Future School of Performing Arts at Kalina.

While speaking to Ritika Srivastava ( a Counsellor), Ritika asked her if she still suffered for being abused? Natasha took a moment to think. After all, being a popular dance yoga coach for more than 250000 followers (or supporters; as Noel loves to mention) on Instagram and hundreds in real life is not easy. "I do. I've been trying to battle depression, which has crept back into my life. But now I know how to deal with it better.", said Natasha.
