As usual, I went for hangout and evening walk with Avishek da. He is a person like me. Shy, reserve. In the word "introvert". We both are introvert. We were talking about- how selfish people are nowadays! Yeah, really people are. I'm really a transparent person. Whenever people ask me about something, about my job, I try to clarify it, try to make it simple to them. Actually, for me, my friends are really busy, and that's why I wrote about them, that- grass is not greener on the other side, but it looks greener. I don't know what exactly happened to him, but definitely, something happened wrong with him. He was so upset today. I feel sad for him; he is a lonely person like me. I love to write my feelings here, but he has nobody to tell except me!
Auditory Hallucination
Today happens something interesting, as I have invested 10000 rupees for my blog. And I said to my mom, and my dearest mom told that to my dad. So dad is right now in "mute" mode. He does not speak anything with anyone. Probably he shocked for what I did. It happened several times before. He needs 3-4 days maximum; then everything will be normal. During this phrase, he will be in "mute" mode or silent mode. I'm enjoying this. Mom is normal, like other days. I'm waiting for the day when my father will back to normal mode. Right now he is watching TV. I was making cold coffee, and for that reason, I had to go to my father's room for mixy. Mom was with me, and my father was still silent. It's really interesting.

Next day, morning 6:30 am

It's pretty much cold, and I'm like shivering. I can't tolerate cold weather; even I can't tolerate the intensity of sunlight. Where should I live, my dear friends? The morning starts with a video on Facebook. Fossils (popular Bangla rock band) were present there. And they were literally promoting their next album- Fossils 6. in my younger days, I was crazy about fossils. But it's like 10 or 12 consecutive years when Fossils come in January at Banga Sanskriti Utsav. And I don't feel that charm like before. Bitter truth. Still some songs are like gems- Harano Podok, Shono Amra Ki Sobai, Hasnuhana, Neel Rong Chhilo Vishon Priyo etc. My most favourite track from Fossils is Harano Podok (Lost Medal), where a person is waiting in the midnight for someone in their library room, who literally doesn't exist. The person is still sleepless, and he knows that for whom he is waiting, she has no physical existance. Now you can ask me, what do you mean by no physical existence? Is she ghost? Well, I will answer later. Let me tell some more about the story. According to that person, the girl never comes so late. As the person met that girl twice or thrice, he is in love with that girl. He is a little bit confused about her, mentioned her as a cursed magician. He states that also- he never loved her when she was alive, and he falls in love when she is no more. He can listen to the sound of her bangles at night and find her in oil painting at day time.

So my dear readers, is not the story interesting? Are you confused? With the person and that girl? Okay, let me explain. As I told you- "he never loved her when she was alive, and he falls in love when she is no more alive." This is probably the easiest part of the story/song. Let me tell you, Rupam wrote the song inspired by a novel by Humayun Ahmed, my favourite writer. The name of that novel is- "Aami Ebong Koyekti Projapoti" [I and few butterflies]. I think you are puzzled with midnight, a library room, a girl with no physical existence. Actually, the person is mentally sick. Don't laugh. He is actually suffering from a psychological disease named- schizophrenia. And one of this disease's symptom is- auditory hallucination. Probably you are not familiar with this term. It's like you can hear something, which is completely hallucination, no existence. He feels alone whenever he spends times in his library room. So his brain has created a virtual person with no existence. And he imagines the girl, who was his lover, and now she is no more in this world. Still, he can hear her voice, the sound of her bangles. And for that reason, he loves to spend his time at night as he strongly believes that the girl will come every night. And at day time, her oil painting has been framed in his room. That's the part one only. And it's enough for today. Anyway, no more now. If you have any question or query related to this article, feel free to ask me here. Just do drop a comment below the box.
